What to do if an Adult Needs assessment is needed
If someone talks to you about a new person, or a person whose case was previously closed but who now needs an assessment, you should ask your Business Support colleague to record a Contact (New Case).
If the contact is for a case which has open Adult Social Care workflow or services, you can record a Contact (Open Case) yourself with a next action of Bring Forward Scheduled Review.
You can then start the existing review step to get to an assessment.
