Part two - The "one-off" breach
Local Authority offices, our legal team, police and the Lincolnshire Safeguarding Children Board have co-authored guidance to allow headteachers to manage one-off incidents inclusively and safely.
When considering the response to drugs-related and banned items incidents, headteachers are advised to make reference to this guidance, which is consistent with DfE guidance.
