It is everyone’s responsibility to produce good quality data and accurate recording.
If you notice that there is an error on a record that you are involved in or working with, please notify the allocated key worker or the manager of the allocated key team.
This procedure is pertinent to Adult Care employees, and relevant to anyone working on an adult’s record.

Introduction

Adult Care and Community Wellbeing (AC&CW) teams are responsible for the quality of data input to their case management system, Mosaic. Support with data quality issues may be provided to AC&CW by the Corporate Performance Team, the Mosaic Helpdesk and training colleagues from within the Mosaic Development and Support team (MDaS).
Data quality trackers are distributed on a weekly and monthly basis by the Corporate Performance Team to monitor the quality of key data areas recorded in Mosaic. By using these trackers and acting on the results, the aim is to improve efficiency of data recording, provide a better service to our customers, enable performance monitoring and assist in the training of individuals.
Additionally, there are some self-service Data Quality reports available in Business Objects Launchpad that can be accessed when required by users with a login. To request a login to Business Objects Launchpad please email ASC_Performance@lincolnshire.gov.uk
