E-Learning for all Mosaic users
E-learning is available if you are new to Mosaic to allow you to have your Mosaic user account set up before you attend a formal training course.
E-learning details will be emailed to you when you or your manager submit the relevant add, change or end worker form. See Registering for a new Mosaic user account.
The e-learning is generic and will not cover elements specific to your role. For most roles you will therefore also need to attend a formal training course – you will be advised of this, if relevant to you, when you complete the e-learning.
Please note - new starters must complete e-learning before attending a formal training course.
You can also complete e-learning to refresh your memory or if you have changed role. You can request e-learning at any time by emailing Mosaictrainingsupport@lincolnshire.gov.uk.
