Medical training
A new medical training section has been added to the operator hub to make it easier to request training for your staff.
In addition to passenger specific medical training, operators can now also request generic medical training for conditions such as epilepsy awareness, anaphylaxis (including auto-injector demonstration) and inhaler use, without the need for a named passenger.
Referral forms and full guidance for both are now available on the operator hub. Before submitting a new request, please review the guidance carefully, including attendee limits, referral requirements and the training process, to help us arrange sessions as efficiently as possible.
