Panacea notifications
As we continue to award a high volume of contracts, it’s important that you don’t miss the messages sent via Panacea – “Nudges”.
Operators can update their settings to receive an email whenever they receive a nudge in Panacea.
To do this follow these steps:
- log in
- click the bell icon at top right
- view more
- go to settings tab and tick the 'Alert me by email when I receive a nudge' option.
We strongly recommend enabling this to ensure you are notified promptly of any contract awards or requests for additional information. If you chose not to enable email notifications, please ensure you log into your Panacea account and check for new messages on a daily basis, particularly if you have submitted bids for current contract opportunities.
