Passenger non-travel
A quick reminder to all taxi operators that you must let us know if a passenger does not travel for more than 48 consecutive hours.
Please report this to us as soon as the 48-hour period has been reached so that we can check the circumstances and ensure the transport arrangements are still appropriate.
This is particularly important at the start of the new academic year, when attendance and transport arrangements can change.
