Start of the new academic year
As we start the new academic year, we’d like to remind all operators of the importance of reporting any incidents, concerns or issues that occur during transport as soon as possible.
Prompt reporting allows us to assess any concerns, put the appropriate support in place and help ensure transport continues to run safely and smoothly for drivers, PAs and passengers alike.
Please do not hesitate to report even if you’re unsure it needs to be raised – it’s always better for us to be aware and able to support. Report incidents online.
