You will receive tenders for passenger transport contracts if you register with us as an operator. These contracts include services such as:
- Education & Social Care
- Local Buses
- Demand Response Transport
How to register
There is a 3 stage process for carrying out passenger transport:
1. To receive all tenders, you must register on the East Midlands Tender Portal:
2. Tenders are published through the DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System). You can register for DPS through ProContract. Guidelines for ProContract are available here.
3. Apply for an authorised driver or passenger badge. You may need to complete a DBS check.
