Complaints Training for Clerks - Maintained Schools Only
The Governor Services Team will be delivering a FREE virtual complaints session for maintained school clerks which will provide an overview of the complaints process according to the current DfE complaints procedure and is designed to give an overview of clerk’s responsibilities when dealing with complaints.
