Sub- contracting - approval and due dilligence
We would like to remind all operators that you must inform us before sub-contracting any contract to another operator.
Sub-contracting must not take place without prior authorisation from LCC. In emergency situations where prior approval is not possible, you must notify us within 48 hours of the event.
We have created a sub-contracting form which must be completed prior to any sub-contracting arrangement. The form is designed to help you ensure that all checks are carried out. Once submitted, we will review the information and provide an outcome before any arrangement can proceed.
This process allows us to notify you immediately if there are any compliance concerns – for example, if the operator you are using is removed as an approved operator.
Please can we ask that if you are currently sub-contracting you complete this form so we can update our system accordingly.
