Please ensure that where necessary, home visits are carried out by the primary crew, ahead of time to ensure there are no last-minute surprises.
If specialist equipment is required, please check at the home visit whether parents have this from last term, and if not, contact our fleet team so we can arrangement replacements.
Parents will have received letters with your contact details and an approximate collection time, but it’s worth confirming these directly with them.
A little preparation now means a calm and confident first day back for everyone.
