Update to terms and conditions
Please be aware that there will be some changes to Lincolnshire County Council’s terms and conditions for transport operators, which will come into effect from 1st of January 2027.
The updated terms and conditions will be available on Panacea from 1st of October 2026, giving operators plenty of time to read through the changes and familiarise themselves with the updates.
Operators will be asked to review and accept the updated terms and conditions on Panacea to continue working under the council’s DPS from the 1st of January 2027.
