Contract award confirmations

As you may have seen, all contract award emails now include updated wording alongside the usual route sheet including terms and conditions.

Operators are asked to confirm acceptance by return email. Please note, if written confirmation is not received but services are delivered, this will be taken as acceptance of the contract and all associated terms. For the avoidance of doubt, commencement or continuation of service delivery, submission of invoices, or acceptance of payment will be treated as confirmation that you have accepted and are bound by the council’s terms in full.
