Protecting passenger information
We would like to remind all operators of the importance of maintaining confidentiality when transporting passengers.
Information relating to the passengers themselves, routes taken, pick up and drop off locations, attributes, incidents or any general day to day operational matters must not be shared with anyone outside of your organisation or Lincolnshire County Council or schools when relevant.
Please ensure that this is relayed to drivers and passenger assistance as well as office staff.
