MyPortal forms and Mosaic requests

Some forms require manager’s authorisation. If you recieve an authorisation request, you will see a red tick on your MyPortal > My IT > Authorisation icon.

If you are having trouble accessing the MyPortal Mosaic Requests, you should clear your browsing history.

You can get to your browsing history by opening Chrome or Internet Explorer, and pressing Ctrl, Shift and Delete on your keyboard.
